今回のポジションは、同じハイアット系列のアンダーズ東京とホテル虎ノ門ヒルズ(アンダーズ東京の隣に隣接)、2つホテルの人事をマネジメントいただきます。各ホテル内各部門長、セクション長のビジネスパートナーとして、以下人事業務に取り組んでいただきます。

The second domestic property of the "Unbound Collection by Hyatt" is planned for Tokyo's Toranomon district, opening as "HOTEL TORANOMON HILLS" on December 6, 2023. This is a highly rewarding position where you won't just handle routine HR tasks. Instead, you'll integrate the HOTEL TORANOMON HILLS Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand into HR strategy and drive its implementation.
This position involves managing HR for two Hyatt-affiliated hotels: Andaz Tokyo and Hotel Toranomon Hills (adjacent to Andaz Tokyo). As a business partner to department heads and section managers at each hotel, you will handle the following HR responsibilities:

Qualifications
◇人事業務経験必須(3年~5年)
◇英語力必須(ビジネスコミュニケーションレベル)
◇PCスキル(Microsoft Office)
◇ホテルやホテルで働く人に対し熱い想いをお持ちの方
◇採用・労務に関する実務経験をお持ちの方は尚可
◇ Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience required
◇ Business English proficiency required (business communication level)
◇ PC skills (Microsoft Office)
◇ Passionate about hotels and those who work in them
