Andaz Tokyo, Japan's first luxury lifestyle hotel by Hyatt, one of the world's leading hospitality brands.

Andaz is a brand launched by Hyatt reflecting guest feedback as "a new concept hotel where guests can relax and enjoy quality time freely in their own style."

As the 12th property worldwide, Andaz Tokyo opened in 2014 on the upper floors of Toranomon Hills.

We are now recruiting spa therapists for the in-house spa and fitness facility, AO Spa & Club, located on the 37th floor of the hotel.

Spanning an open 1,350 square meters, the facility features a 20-meter pool, rare carbonated mineral baths and a whirlpool bath for the city center, a gym equipped with the latest fitness machines,

and five treatment rooms.

Our spa treatments utilize exceptional ingredients and essences sourced from Japan and around the world. Through attentive consultation, we provide a personalized spa experience tailored to each guest.

  • Master all spa treatments and products, performing services according to Andaz standards
  • Prepare, clean, and disinfect spa treatment areas
  • Order supplies and manage inventory
  • Sell retail products
  • Support spa attendants (guide guests to locker rooms, disinfect, clean, replenish linens and amenities, collect linens, etc.)
  • Train staff

今回は、当ホテル内37階に位置する直営スパ・フィットネス施設『AO(アオ)スパ&クラブ』のスパセラピストを募集いたします。

当施設は1350平方メートルという開放的なスペースに、20mプールのほか、都心では珍しい炭酸泉やバーデプール、最新のフィットネスマシンを導入したジムに加え、

5つのトリートメントルームを備えています。

当スパのトリートメントでは、日本を中心に世界各国から集められた優れた素材とエッセンスを使い、丁寧なカウンセリングでゲストに合わせた

スパエクスペリエンスを提供します。

<主な業務内容>

  • 全てのスパトリートメント、商材を熟知し、アンダーズのスタンダードに沿った施術を行う
  • スパトリートメントの準備、清掃、消毒
  • 必要品の発注と在庫管理
  • リテール商品の販売
  • スパアテンダントのサポート(ロッカールームのご案内、消毒、清掃、リネン補充、アメニティ補充、リネン回収など)
  • スタッフの育成

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a therapist
  • Experience working in a hotel spa
  • Holders of domestic esthetician certification, international licenses, etc.
  • Able to work shifts and weekends
  • Basic hotel English conversation and computer skills
  • Teamwork and initiative
  • Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
