日本事業の拡大に伴い、組織は日々拡大を続けています。 現在、日本オフィスの組織基盤を強固にしつつ、事業成長(特にセールス・マーケティング部門)を加速させるための戦略的人事を求めています。 日常の労務・総務オペレーションを確実に回しながら、事業責任者のパートナーとして組織課題の解決(パフォーマンス評価・制度設計)にも踏み込んでいただける、プレイングマネージャー気質のHRBPを募集します。
■ 業務内容
1. HRBP業務・事業部門支援
- セールス・マーケティング等のビジネス部門と連携し、組織診断や人員配置の最適化を実施;
- 事業戦略に基づいたインセンティブ制度の設計支援や、パフォーマンスマネジメント(目標設定・評価・フィードバック)の運用・定着化;
- 現場マネージャーへのコーチングや、組織課題(モチベーション、スキルアップ等)に対するソリューション提案。
2. 組織開発・人材体験の向上(OD & EX)
- 人材の定着と活躍を促進するための「従業員体験(Employee Experience)」の設計(オンボーディング、キャリアパス構築等);
- 人材育成やタレントマネジメントの推進。
3. 人事労務・コンプライアンス(HR Operations)
- 入社・退社・異動に伴う諸手続き、雇用契約管理;
- 外部の社会保険労務士(社労士)と連携した給与計算、社会保険手続き、就業規則の改定・運用;
- 日本の労働基準法に則った労務コンプライアンスの遵守とリスク管理;
- 勤怠管理および従業員からの労務相談対応など。
4. 総務・オフィス環境整備
- オフィスのファシリティ管理、備品管理、その他総務全般。
- 快適で生産性の高い執務環境の構築・維持。
■ 必須スキル (MUST)
1. ビジネスレベル以上の日本語および中国語力
2. 人事経験5年以上(事業会社での経験必須)
3. 日本の労働基準法に関する深い知識
4. IT/Web/SaaS業界など、変化の速い環境での就業経験
■ 歓迎スキル (WANT)
1. ビジネス部門(特にto Bセールス組織)に対するHRBP経験
2. 営業インセンティブの設計や、評価制度の運用・改善経験
3. スタートアップやベンチャー企業での「一人目人事」や少人数チームでの幅広い実務経験
4. 人材体験(EX)向上のための施策立案・実行経験
5. 日本での長期就業・生活経験があり、日本の習慣や文化を深く理解している方
