HR Coordinator 人事コーディネーター - IT Industry (Hybrid, Fast-paced)

Our client, a dynamic IT firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to enhance HR processes and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data and HR processes
  • Advise managers on HR issues and labor laws
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies
  • Assist with attendance and leave management
  • Propose improvements to HR processes
  • Plan and promote HRrelated projects
  • Support human resources strategy implementation

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in HR administration or operations
  • Japanese and English business level proficiency
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Experience in a fastpaced workplace
