Our client, a dynamic IT firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to enhance HR processes and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee data and HR processes
- Advise managers on HR issues and labor laws
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies
- Assist with attendance and leave management
- Propose improvements to HR processes
- Plan and promote HRrelated projects
- Support human resources strategy implementation
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in HR administration or operations
- Japanese and English business level proficiency
- Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in a fastpaced workplace
