Competencies & Skills

・Fluent in English and Japanese

・5+ years of relevant experience in HR operations

・Deep understanding of HR processes and practices

・Experience in using HR systems and databases

・Strong communication/interpersonal and relationship management skills

・Strong organisational skills and the ability to execute multi-tasks

・Project management skills

Other Preferences

・A team player and able to build relationships at all levels

・Experience of working in a demanding, multicultural HR environment

・Strong business acumen and ability to engage key stakeholders/ customers

・Analytical and possess problem solving skills.

業務内容

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

・Performing operational HR activities.

・Supporting administration of payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.

・Conducting employee on-boarding and help planning of training and development.

・Assessing HR processes and policies and recommending improvements.

・Administering compensation and benefit plans, supporting with communications and employee guidance.

・Advising the business on insights on health, safety and employee well being.

・Collecting on-the-ground employee feedback and presenting insights to managers.

・Providing operational support to help management deal with employee relations issues.
