【ポジション概要】

本ポジションは、パーカー・ハネフィン日本(東京)またはロード・ジャパン(甲府)のエンティティにおいて、組織のビジネス目標達成に向けた人事戦略の実行を担います。 東京と甲府の2拠点を中心に、採用から人材開発、労使関係、組織文化の醸成まで、戦略的視点とハンズオンの両面で人事責任を果たしていただきます。

【主な職務内容】

人事マネージャーや各部門長と密接に連携し、以下の業務を遂行します。

1. タレントアクイジション(採用)

  • グレード職・非グレード職の全採用プロセスの管理。
  • エージェント管理(契約、コスト最適化、関係構築)。
  • ジョブプロファイルの作成、面接プロセスの設計、オファー交渉、入社導入(インダクション)。

2. タレントデベロップメント(人材開発)

  • パフォーマンス管理プロセスの推進とラインマネージャーへのコーチング。
  • 学習・開発(L&D)プログラムの実施サポートおよび人事システムの管理。
  • 個人のパフォーマンス改善に向けたアドバイスとトレーニングの提供。

3. 従業員エンゲージメント

  • 従業員意識調査の実施、結果分析、フィードバック。
  • フォーカスグループのファシリテーションおよび改善アクションプランの策定。

4. 労使関係・コンプライアンス

  • 苦情処理、懲戒処分の調査プロセス支援。
  • 労働法規に基づく適切なガイダンスの提供。
  • SOX法およびデータ保護法(個人情報保護)の遵守。

5. その他

  • 人事データ管理、レポート作成。
  • 報酬(Total Rewards)チームとの連携(職務評価、給与体系等)。

【応募資格(Requirements)】

■必須条件(Must)

  • 経験:
    外資系企業での実務経験。
  • 人事経験:
    人事分野(エンゲージメント、労使関係、OD、人材開発等)で5年以上の経験。
  • 語学力:
    日本語および英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力(読み書き・流暢な会話)。
  • マインドセット:
    戦略立案から日々の細かな事務オペレーションまで主体的に動ける「ハンズオン」な姿勢。

■歓迎条件(Want)

  • 製造業界における人事経験。
  • マトリクス組織での実務経験。

【勤務条件・待遇】

  • 想定年収:
    〜1,000万円程度
    (経験・能力を考慮し決定)
  • 勤務地:
    * 東京オフィス(PHJ)
  • 甲府工場(Lord Japan)
  • ※週3日程度の甲府出張が発生します。
