仕事内容


ドリーム・アーツでは、事業成長と社員の働きがいを両立するため、人事領域全般を担うゼネラリストを募集しています。採用・労務・制度設計・人材開発・組織活性化など、幅広い業務に関与し、経営や現場と連携しながら、柔軟かつ戦略的な人事運営を推進していただきます。

以下の業務内容の中から、経験に応じてご相談のうえ、担当していただきます。

主な業務

  • 採用(新卒・中途)

・採用戦略の立案・実行

・採用マーケティング(SNS・Web・イベント等)

・候補者対応、面接、エージェント管理

・オンボーディング設計・運用

  • 労務・コンプライアンス

・勤怠・給与・社会保険の運用(社労士との連携)

・労務トラブル対応(弁護士との連携)

・安全衛生管理(産業医・衛生委員会との連携)

・就業規則・社内規程の整備・改訂

  • 人事制度・組織開発

・人事評価・報酬制度の設計・運用

・OKRや目標管理制度の運用

・タレントマネジメントシステムの導入・運用

・全社イベントや組織活性化施策の企画・実行

  • 人材開発・研修

・各種研修の企画・運営(階層別・スキル別)

・現場と連携した育成プログラムの設計

・キャリア支援・1on1制度の運用

・ドリーム・アーツへの共感と事業理解

以下、いずれかの業務経験3年以上

・人事領域における実務経験

・社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

※ご経験・能力に応じて柔軟に対応いたします。
月給制:月給360,000円〜600,000円
(基本給266,300円~443,900円 固定残業代93,700円~156,100円/45時間相当分を含む)
45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給する
