主な業務内容
- 小売スタッフの採用戦略の立案・実行、人材派遣会社/RPOの管理
- キャリア開発・社内異動支援、タレントマネジメント施策の推進
- 入退社手続き、人事課題、労使対応、評価プロセスの運用
- 離職率・残業・有給取得率などの人事KPI改善
- 小売スタッフ向け報酬制度/インセンティブ制度の運用
求める人物像
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語中級以上
- 人事全般の経験(採用、人材開発、エンゲージメント歓迎)
- 中〜大規模組織での勤務経験
- 論理的思考力と stakeholder management に自信のある方

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end retail recruitment and manage agency/RPO partnerships
- Support internal mobility, career development, and talent programs
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and performance processes
- Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, overtime, PTO usage) and propose improvements
- Operate and enhance compensation & incentive programs for retail staff
Ideal Candidate
- Native‑level Japanese; business‑level English
- Broad HR experience (recruitment, talent development, engagement welcomed)
- Mid‑ to large‑scale industry background
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in retail, omnichannel business, and employee experience
