UKYGOでは、バックオフィス機能および日々のHR・総務オペレーションを支える**HR Clerk(人事・総務アシスタント)**を募集しています。健康診断の手配、ユニフォーム管理、派遣スタッフ管理、社内イベント運営、タウンホールの手配ど幅広い業務に携わり、スムーズな組織運営をサポートするポジションです。

勤務地:京都・五条(Kyoto Gojo)



主な業務内容

HR・総務アドミニストレーション

  • 健康診断の手配、案内、結果管理
  • 書類作成、更新、ファイリング、個人情報管理
  • 派遣スタッフのタイムシート管理
  • 契約書・証明書・各種申請書類の管理および整理

社内イベントおよびコミュニケーションサポート

  • タウンホール(全社ミーティング)の会場・備品・日程手配
  • 年次イベント・社内行事の企画、準備、運営
  • オンボーディングおよび新入社員オリエンテーション補助

ユニフォーム・備品管理

  • ユニフォームの採寸、発注、在庫・返却管理

社内外連携および調整業務

  • 問い合わせ対応および情報共有


求める経験とスキル

  • 総務、人事アシスタント、またはアドミン業務の経験(1〜2年程度)
  • 日本語:必須
  • 英語:あれば尚可
  • ホテル・ホスピタリティ経験:不問
  • 正確かつ丁寧な事務処理能力
  • 調整力、コミュニケーション能力
  • 機密情報管理意識
  • Microsoft Office基本スキル


勤務条件・待遇

雇用形態:正社員(試用期間あり)

勤務地:京都 五条

勤務時間:実働8時間/休憩1時間

休日・休暇:休日は月10日間、シフト制(応相談)

UKYGO is seeking an HR Clerk (HR & Administrative Assistant) to support daily HR and General Affairs operations. Responsibilities include coordinating health checks, managing uniforms, supporting internal events and town halls, assisting onboarding processes, and managing timesheets for haken staff. This role ensures smooth back-office operations and supports employees.

Location: Kyoto Gojo



Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Support

  • Arrange annual health checks (booking, communication, results follow-up, filing)
  • Maintain HR documentation and confidential employee records
  • Manage timesheets and coordination for temporary staff  
  • Prepare and organize HR and administrative documents

Internal Events & Communication

  • Plan and execute internal events and yearly functions
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities

Uniform & Procurement Management

  • Manage uniform sizing, ordering, inventory, and returns
  • Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and vendor communication
  • Manage office supplies and purchasing needs

Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Handle inquiries and information sharing


Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years' experience in HR, General Affairs, or administrative support
  • Japanese required
  • English a plus (not required)
  • Hospitality experience not required
  • Strong administrative accuracy and coordination skills
  • Confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office


Employment Details

Employment Type: Full-time (with probation period)

Location: Kyoto Gojo

Working Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break

Days Off: 10days off per month, shift-based
