テック人事総務部(THGD)は、テクノロジー部門およびコミュニティを支援し、優秀な人材の獲得・育成・定着を推進しています。従業員の課題に対する人事サポートや、幅広い学習・開発(L&D)機能を含む人材育成施策の実施を担当し、従業員の成長とエンゲージメント向上に努めています。ビジネスリーダーと密接に連携し、人事戦略の整合性を図るとともに、戦略的な採用支援を行い、組織全体の戦略目標達成に貢献しています。総務チームを通じて、テクノロジーチームの円滑な業務運営と良好な職場環境の実現にも寄与しています。

業務内容

当社では、経験豊富で意欲的なHRピープルパートナーを募集しています。ピープルパートナーは、人事戦略とビジネス目標の整合を図り、人事施策をリードする重要な役割を担います。経営陣および従業員の戦略的パートナー兼アドバイザーとして、人事プログラムや施策の円滑な実施を支援し、従業員および組織の目標達成をサポートします。

<主な職務内容>

・経営層と連携し、ビジネス目標を理解した上で、組織目標に沿った人事戦略を策定・推進する。

・従業員の人事関連の問い合わせや課題に対応・サポートする。

・組織再編、チェンジマネジメント、従業員エンゲージメントプログラム、人事プロセス改善などの人事プロジェクトや施策をリード・管理する。

・人事データや指標を分析し、傾向を把握、インサイトを提供し、継続的な改善提案を行う。

・人事チームメンバーへの指導・支援を行い、彼らの専門的成長を促進する。

・業界動向、ベストプラクティス、法令要件を常に把握し、人事施策の最新性と法令遵守を確保する。

必須要件:

・人事業務において最低5年以上の経験があり、特にビジネスパートナーシップおよびプロジェクトマネジメントに注力してきたこと。

・組織再編、人材育成プログラム、チェンジマネジメントなどの人事プロジェクトを成功裏にリード・実施した実績。

・人事のベストプラクティスに関する深い理解。

・優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを有し、組織のあらゆるレベルのステークホルダーと良好な関係を築き影響を与えられること。

・複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる能力、細部への注意力および分析的思考力。

・グローバルかつ多様性の高い組織での勤務経験。

歓迎要件:

・日本語能力(高いレベルが望ましい)。

・日本の労働法および規制要件の理解。

・タレントマネジメント、後継者計画、パフォーマンスマネジメントの経験。

・人事テクノロジーおよびシステムに関する知識。
