・事業会社またはコンサルティング会社で、7年以上の人事領域または人事システム領域の経験

・HRIS(SAP SuccessFactors、SAP HUMAN-HCM、Workday、等)の活用経験

・人事領域でのテクノロジー(BIツール、AI、等)の活用経験

【歓迎】
