【職務概要】
人事担当として、労務管理など人事のOperation全般に関わる業務をアシスタントとして担当していただきます。

従業員が働きやすい環境づくりをHRとしてサポートしていただくポジションとなります。

【主な業務内容】
人事部門における事務サポート業務をご担当いただきます。

主な業務は、従業員情報や勤怠・保険関連データの登録・管理、健康診断や福利厚生の手続き、書類作成・発送、スキャン・ファイリング、経理との情報連携などです。入退社対応や支払い処理に関する事務作業も含まれます。

【応募資格(必須)】

  • 人事部での経験(目安:2年以上)
  • 基本的な労働法の知識
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)

【歓迎スキル・経験】

  • 社会保険労務士資格保有者
  • 人事システム(HR Techツール)の利用経験

【求める人物像】

  • 人と組織への関心が高く、誠実に向き合える方
  • 自ら考え、行動し、改善していく姿勢を持っている方
  • チームと協力しながら主体的に動ける方

【雇用形態】
