求人内容

オーデマピゲジャパンの人事部門にてHR Generalistを募集します。

経験に応じて下記業務を担当し、段階的に業務領域を広げていただき、最終的にはHR Generalistとしてすべての領域を横断的に担当いただきます。

日本法人では約120名の社員が勤務しており、少人数ならではの社員全員と顔を合わせながら業務に取り組める環境です。

また、スイス本社を中心に全世界で約3,000名の社員が在籍しています。スイス本社やAPAC地域との日常的なコミュニケーションを通じて、英語力を活かしながらグローバルな環境でご活躍いただけるポジションです。

【担当業務】

●Compensation & Benefit

・給与・社会保険・勤怠業務オペレーション及びベンダーマネジメント

・給与改定の実施

・就業規則や人事制度の運用・改善

・福利厚生制度の企画・導入・運用業務

・労務対応

・問い合わせ対応

●Recruiting

・事業計画や人員計画に基づいた採用ニーズの把握・戦略策定

・採用業務(中途採用を中心に新卒採用、アルバイト採用)

・派遣スタッフ管理

●Learning & Development

・キャリア開発支援

・研修の設計・実施

・オンボーディング研修の実施

●Employee Engagement

・社内イベントの企画運営

・社員コミュニケーション活性化の施策立案・実行

●Others

・上記業務に関連したグローバルプロジェクトへの参加

・ビジター来日時の各種手配・サポート業務

・人事総務および社内プロジェクトのサポート 等

資格

【必須(MUST)】

・人事業務での経験7年以上

・労務・給与・社会保険等に関する基本的な知識

・日本語:ネイティブ、英語:ビジネスレベル

【歓迎(WANT)】

・RecruitingやL&Dの経験

・リテール業界での採用業務の経験

・HRISの導入経験

  • 勤務時間:7:00~20:00のフレックス勤務 (休憩:60分)
