など、幅広いテーマを予定しています。

【業務の概要・ミッション】

同社では、中堅・中小企業様向けに既存事業の活性化支援、人材採用育成、新規事業立ち上げ支援、WEBマーケティング支援などコンサルティングを行っています。

現在、製造業界では人不足が原因でうまく事業を展開できないという課題があり、人材採用・育成・定着ノウハウ強化が急務となっています。

同社では製造業クライアントからのニーズにお応えするために、「製造業界向け人材採用・育成ソリューション」をコンサルティングメニューとして立ち上げを進めています。2027年までに100社以上の企業様にコンサルティング提案をしていく計画です。

・人材紹介会社/求人広告企業経験3年以上

・製造業向けの人材紹介経験

【尚可】

・マネジメントのご経験をお持ちの方(1-2名でOK)

【給与】

年収:800万~1500万程度

月給制:月額520000円

給与:■職務経歴や経験を考慮の上、同社規定により決定

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回

各線「東京」駅徒歩2分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

9時30分~18時00分※事前申請で時差出社可能
