主な職務内容
成長戦略の策定・実行(グローバル・リージョナル戦略との整合性を確保)
事業計画の策定・管理(年間予算、四半期予測)
製薬企業、ディストリビューター、KOLとの戦略的パートナーシップ構築・維持
市場動向を把握し、ビジネス機会の最大化とリスク低減策の実施
高パフォーマンス組織の構築(営業・マーケティング・製造・各機能間の連携強化、タレント育成)
コンプライアンスの徹底
日本法人のリーダーシップチームの一員として積極的に貢献
求める人物像
学歴:
理系またはビジネス系の学士号(MBA歓迎)
経験:
医療・製薬関連業界での8〜15年の経験
戦略策定・実行の実績、特にコンサルティングや戦略部門での経験歓迎
製薬業界の開発・上市プロセス、規制、CMC、償還制度、最新トレンドへの理解
スキル:
製薬企業の経営層との関係構築・交渉力
複雑なソリューションに関するコンサルティブなディスカッション能力
英語・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力(グローバルチームとの連携必須)
プレゼンテーション、交渉、影響力に優れたリーダーシップ

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic business leader to drive growth for a leading healthcare solutions provider in Japan.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the business unit strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and build strong partnerships with pharmaceutical clients and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to unlock new growth opportunities in a dynamic market.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute growth strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
Develop and manage business plans, including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with pharma clients, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
Identify market opportunities and mitigate risks through deep market insights and trend analysis.
Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and manufacturing.
Drive organizational excellence, including talent development and succession planning.
Ensure business compliance and governance standards are met.
Actively contribute as a member of the Japan leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree in science or business; MBA preferred.
Experience:
8-15 years in healthcare, pharma, or related industries, ideally with exposure to management consulting or strategic roles.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
Familiarity with drug development and launch processes, regulatory considerations, and market access trends.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong relationship management skills with pharma executives and senior stakeholders.
Ability to lead consultative discussions on complex solutions (e.g., drug-device combinations).
Fluent in English and Japanese; comfortable working in a global matrix environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building high-performing teams.
