【募集背景・役割概要】
日本法人の全体を統括し、戦略的成長、業務運営の最適化、組織文化の変革を推進する、非常に影響力のあるリーダーシップポジションです。
P&L責任を伴い、グループリーダーに直接報告。CFO、営業責任者、HR責任者と緊密に連携し、グローバルチームとも協働します。
営業責任者やCOOなど管理職経験者、クロスファンクショナルでのリーダー経験をお持ちの方に最適です。
グローバルの豊富なリソース(営業、HR、財務、テクノロジー)を活用しながら業務に取り組めます。

【主な職務内容】
リーダーシップ・戦略
成長とイノベーションに向けた魅力的なビジョンの策定と発信
戦略的計画と統合の推進によるグループ目標との整合
卓越性、責任、成長を重視した価値主導の文化の醸成
短期施策と長期戦略目標の整合

オペレーション・実行
営業、マーケティング、カスタマーサービス、開発、製品、財務、HRなど全業務の統括
日常業務のマネジメントおよび顧客成果の確実な実現
KPI管理およびリスクマネジメント戦略の実施
部門・地域を超えた協働の推進

営業・カスタマーサクセス・製品
営業ディレクターと協働し、新規・既存顧客を通じた収益拡大
カスタマーサクセスプログラムの改善による顧客維持・ロイヤルティ向上
製品戦略とロードマップの策定・実行支援

人材・組織文化
直属部下の指導・育成、目標設定、定期的な評価
成長、包摂性、責任感のある文化の推進
採用、後継者計画、組織設計の統括
必要に応じた国内外チームとの出張・交流

財務リーダーシップ
日本法人のP&L責任、予算策定・報告における財務部門との連携
キャッシュフローや投資判断の最適化
内外ステークホルダーへの業績報告

【応募要件】
SaaS、垂直特化型ソフトウェア、またはテック系サービスでの直近10年以上の経験
クロスファンクショナルな管理職経験5年以上
日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル
グローバル・分散チームのマネジメント経験
学士以上(MBAまたは高度学位尚可)

Company Overview:
Market-leading B2B enterprise software company with 20+ years of history, serving high-profile clients. Provides subscription-based and contract-based solutions for front-office teams in mid-to-large organizations.


Role Overview:
Lead Japan entity with full P&L responsibility, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation. Report directly to Group Leader and collaborate closely with CFO, Head of Sales, Head of HR, and global teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:
Define vision, lead strategic planning, foster values-driven culture.

Operations & Execution:
Oversee sales, marketing, customer service, product, finance, HR; manage KPIs and risk.

Sales & Customer Success:
Drive revenue growth, improve retention, guide product strategy.

Talent & Culture:
Lead and develop team, manage hiring, succession planning, organizational design.

Financial Leadership:
Own P&L, optimize cash flow and investments, report performance to stakeholders.


Requirements:
10+ years in SaaS, vertical software, or tech-enabled services
5+ years in senior leadership roles with cross-functional oversight
Fluent in Japanese and English
Experience managing global or distributed teams
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
