主たる職責(Key Responsibilities):
業務管理本部 総務課を統括する
- オフィスセキュリティー(安全で快適な業務環境の確保、特に本社を中心とするオフィス施設整備)
- 就業に適したオフィス選定、快適な就業のためのレイアウト構築、備品設置など
- オフィス入口のセキュリティカードシステムを使った入室者管理、防犯用カメラ設置、災害時非常口確保など
- テナントビル推奨の避難経路の確認と社員への周知、消化器の設置など
- パーティションやキャビネット、執務用デスク等オフィス内什器設置・管理、災害用備品の管理など
- 従業員の生活上の安全管理意識、健康管理意識の醸成を目的とする、安全衛生委員会の組織運営
- グローバルセキュリティーチームとの連携(グローバル共通推進事項の実施、定例会議等)
- 災害発生時安全対策(社員の安全確保、災害対策本部の設置運営)
- 地震、台風、豪雨などの自然災害発生時における安否確認システム等による当該地域居住の従業員および家族の安否と自宅等の被害状況確認、必要に応じた会社への報告
- すぐに対策を講じる必要あればその準備と災害対策本部の設置の進言
- 社内制度に基づく業務環境整備(社員が業務に集中できる周辺環境整備)
- 国内赴任規程に基づく転勤者用借上住宅の適用・管理
- 社有車管理規程に基づく営業用車両の適用・管理
- 営業用車両運行者に対する安全運転の啓蒙および事故・違反等が発生した場合の対応
- 社印・代表者印の管理および代理押印
- 代表者名による契約の締結ならびに証明証発行等における実印および電子署名における代表者印の代理押印など
- その他
- 業務上の必要性から病院内の放射線管理区域に立ち入る可能性のある営業部員について、法令と社内基準に基づき放射線被ばく状況の確認を実施
- 従業員の名刺掲載情報の管理、申請に基づく慶弔電報等の手配等の一般事務的業務
- 出張手配(ホテル・交通機関)予約システム(BTOS)の運営管理
- 損害賠償保険(P/L)をはじめとする各種保険加入および必要に基づく運用管理
- キックオフミーティングなどの全社会議の事務局業務、また依頼に基づきコマーシャル全体の会議などの大型会議等の事前準備、当日の運営支援など
必要な経験、技術、能力、資質等 (Necessary Experience, Skills, Abilities, Etc):
- 安全管理スキル/安全で快適な職場環境を確保するために関連法規ならびに社内のセキュリティ基準、ファシリティ管理基準を熟知し、適切なオフィス管理ができる
- 執務環境改善スキル/安全で働きやすいオフィス実現のため、最新情報を収集整理し、快適な職務環境構築が提案できる
- 災害発生時の情報収集スキル/国内で自然災害が発生した場合、迅速に従業員の安否確認ができ、その確認結果について、必要な周辺情報と併せ会社に報告できる
- 緊急時対応スキル/地震などの自然災害および火災等がオフィスで発生した場合の対処についての基礎知識を有し、定期的訓練を通じて緊急時には適切に対応できる
- 社内制度運用管理スキル/国内赴任規程、社有車管理規程などに代表される業務関連規定を理解し、適用可否の判断およびイレギュラー事項発生時の対応など適切に運用できる
- 組織マネジメントスキル/課内メンバーの業務遂行状況を把握し推進するマネジメント能力、ならびに社員の育成支援、成長の手助け、リーダー育成ができる
- コミュニケーションスキル/社内各チームとの業務上の調整を可能にするコミュニケーション能力、ヒアリング力、交渉力
- 語学スキル/グローバルセキュリティーチームと連携できるだけの英会話スキル
- 業務改善スキル/業務プロセスを的確に捉え、その問題点を見出し解決に導くだけのプロセス改善ができる
