Deliver high-quality investment insights to investors globally, emphasizing independence and objectivity in research and products.
Responsibilities:
- Produce regular written research and host investor meetings with company management teams.
- Maintain and update company models, create new models, and maintain relative value sheets.
- Assist with publication of earnings previews/recaps, initiation reports, and deep dive notes.
- Communicate with clients, assess risk, and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and clients.
- Coordinate investor meetings and conference calls with consultants.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguard assets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Equity Research, preferably in Healthcare or Consumer in Japan.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English or higher ability.
- More than 2 years of previous experience in equity research.
- MBA or graduate degree and/or CFA preferred.
- Excellent inter-personal and writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to secure and maintain applicable licenses.
