About the Role

We're seeking a future team member to join our Client Service team as Vice President. This role is located in Tokyo, Japan - Hybrid.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Lead team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
  • Provide key individuals at assigned clients with information related to BNY Mellon's products and services.
  • Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
  • Resolve complex or non-routine client issues or inquires, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
