Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled Strategy Consultant to join our team at {company}.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of client business processes and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute long-term and mid-term road mapping initiatives.
- Design and implement IT initiatives for client companies in the Insurance space, aligning with their business objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of digital and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to CXO's on strategic initiatives, effectively communicating complex ideas.
- Interface with clients, coordinate support status within the team, and provide regular status updates to local and global stakeholders.
- Maintain open communication channels across stakeholders, including business users, legacy system owners, and vendors.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for engagement coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in INS Consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Location: Flexible remote work options available, with occasional travel to client sites.
