**Job Title:** Strategy Consultant in Insurance

We are seeking a skilled strategy consultant to join our team at {company}. The ideal candidate will have experience in INS consulting and possess excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of client business processes and provide strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to the planning of long-term and mid-term road mapping initiatives.
• Help build and execute IT initiatives for client companies in the Insurance space.
• Support digital and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver CXO-level presentations on strategic initiatives.
• Foster effective communication across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business users, gather and validate requirements.
• Communicate with legacy system owners and vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for the engagement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in INS consulting is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
