【Job Details】

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery and operational management of high-quality IT solutions for both new and existing clients.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Service Line Management: Directing the combined operations of field engineers and the centralized support center while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.

Service Operations Management: Establishing and maintaining service delivery processes aligned with ITIL standards. You will also lead the recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation of the engineering team.

Enhancing Client Satisfaction: Building strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary escalation point, and conducting periodic service reviews to ensure excellence.

Pre-sales Consulting: Gathering business and technical requirements to design tailored solutions and assisting with the development of sales proposals.

Revenue & Profitability Management: Tracking the financial health of your section, including P&L analysis, optimizing charge rates, and monitoring team utilization to hit profitability targets.

[Requirements]

  • Proven experience in working in a Service Delivery/Service Management capacity.
  • Good understanding of business planning, P&L analysis.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills between sG and clients.
  • Able to multi-task efficiently under time pressure.
  • Business level skills at using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

English Level: Fluent

Japanese Level: Business Conversation Level
