Future-Focused Role: Japan CAO

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our International Area Management team as a Japan CAO. This role is located in Tokyo, Japan, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

• Independently working on complex tasks related to risk, control, and governance framework, regulatory matters, business plans, management presentations, including country-level updates/performance/budgets for consumption by APAC Regional Management.
• Leading project implementation status and providing feedback to senior managers as necessary.
• Making recommendations and follow-ups on country strategy matters and working with the management team to implement strategic initiatives.
• Working with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes.
• Driving planning and administering business-led programs, such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc.
• Contributing to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

Key Requirements/Skills:

• Experience in working in a multi-faceted global firm.
• Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset.
• Effective communication across all levels.
• + years relevant working experience.
• Proactive, independent self-starter.
• In-depth understanding of local/cultural nuances with bi-lingual capabilities (English and Japanese).
