Key Responsibilities:
Provide shared service support to Compliance Office for Asia and Financial Crimes Office for Asia of MUFG Bank.
Key mandates include budgeting and financial planning, collaboration with HR, and coordination of bank-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a matrixed organization, managing relationships with stakeholders, and driving business productivity.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing business management advisory and support
* Participating in the development of strategic business plans
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
* Developing departmental budget plans
* Supporting the coordination of Global Compliance and Global Financial Crimes Division initiatives
* Assisting in the execution of business plans and data analysis
* Developing management information for regional senior management team
* Advising compliance colleagues on budgeting and new business initiatives
* Supporting the management of branch-wide risk framework
* Supporting global and head office initiatives for Asia
Job Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience working in Banking/Financial Institutions
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Management field, including budget planning/organizational development
* Preferable basic knowledge of Compliance and Financial Crimes
* Stakeholder management and experience working with senior management is a plus
* Good quantitative and numeracy skills, ability to think strategically, presentation skills
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable with handling large quantities of data, to perform data analysis and visualization
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments
* Good written and verbal communication skills
