Make a Difference in Securitization Product Development
Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), the 7th largest financial group in the world, offers you a chance to be part of its Asian Investment Banking Division and contribute to the enhancement of Securitization product capabilities and expertise.
Purpose of the Job:
To support the development and execution of a robust product business plan, enhance current customer experience, achieve required revenue and return targets, establish new customer relationships, and provide input into and lead product development within MUFG risk tolerance levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the Securitization business with accountability for financial, credit, and portfolio performance.
- Achieve profit and KPI targets while managing risk and communicating directly with external parties.
- Enhance collaboration with Relationship Managers and strengthen relationships with clients.
- Build and influence relevant stakeholders, train, and strengthen the capability of younger team members.
- Ensure team compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Banking
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Securitization
- Experience in Securitization Transaction Structuring and Management
- MS Office Skills with Key Capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to Detail
- Resilience

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
