Portfolio Management Unit Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and develop distribution strategies for loan portfolios in collaboration with DCM, reflecting overall GCIB objectives and financial targets.
- Work with products and credit offices to establish and manage primary and secondary warehouses of loan distribution books and related decision-making & monitoring processes.
- Make recommendations to management / committee regularly for new / updated guidance to enhance profitability of portfolios and increase distribution amounts and velocity of the bank's balance sheet.
- Monitor distribution books within GCIB APAC, track progress of KPIs against targets, and report to supervisors / management regularly.
- Build and scale MIS tools to create transparency of primary underwriting and secondary distribution results and pipelines to analyze and report fees and spreads in sectors / countries / products.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience working in the financial industry.
- 5 years of experience in financial products, deal structure, origination & distribution processes.
- Experience in managing regional projects.
- Good strategic planning skills and communication / presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
