Job Summary
This role leads the customer service team in providing high-level professional, efficient and collaborative service to internal and external customers:
-Manages customer orders effectively by creating value and achieving functional targets
-Improves customer service operations through continuous improvement
-Oversees temporary staff management - Acts as key user of SAP system
Accountability
- Supervises CS temporary staff to ensure timely and accurate sales order processing in the system
- Communicates closely with Sales, Planning, and 3PL for on-time in-full delivery
- Maintains oversight of 3PL performance and coordinates customer claims/goods return handling and timely closure
- Tracks and reports order fulfillment and implements actions to support customer service and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhances SAP/BI tools for greater efficiency and acts as SAP key user
- Team management: optimizes workload allocation, develops qualified backup roles, trains the team on professional skills, and fosters a team service mindset and initiative
