Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 1-2 years of team management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or related functions
- Experience working across multiple departments or managing projects
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities and commitment to fulfilling commitments
- Ability to think from multiple perspectives and find effective solutions to challenges
- Highly diligent, organized, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with SAP is a plus
- General knowledge of accounting and finance
