AWSは190か国の数十万にわたるクライアントともにそのビジネスを急成長させていますが、そのさらなる成長の加速をリードできるEnterpriseのお客さま向けのストラテジープランニングおよびエグゼキューションを担いSales teamとのビジネスパートナーとして活躍できる方を募集しています

このポジションは、AWS Japanの重要領域の一角であるEnterpriseセグメントに対するGo-To-Marketストラテジー&プランニング、導入、モニタリングを担当するとともに、AWSリーダーシップチームやSalesチームに対する、ストラテジックゴール達成に必要な組織変革プランの提案も担います。また、グローバルチームに対する投資計画、ストラテジーの報告、Sales repのサポートも担います

加えて、ストラテジーの実行に向けた組織横断的な変革もリードしていただきます

具体的には、日本・世界各国の、ダイレクトセールス部門、パートナーセールス部門、ファイナンス部門、マーケティング部門、ソリューションアーキテクト部門、カスタマーサポート部門などと連携していただきます。また、変革を定着させるための仕組み作りも担当していただきます

主要な責任

• マーケットのオポチュニティーに対する詳細分析をもとに、Enterprise Sales team、リーダーシップチームと連携したGTM戦略の立案及び導入

• Business CadenceをSales teamとともにドライブするためのKPI策定、イニシアティブの策定とExecutionのサポート、モニタリング

• 売上の正しいマッピングやアカウントの配置を適正化するオペレーション

• 投資計画、GTM戦略に関するプラン策定及びグローバルチームへのレポーティングによるリーダーシップのサポート

• 中長期的なアスピレーショナルゴールをAWS Japanが達成するためのEnterprise戦略のディスカッションのリードとファシリテーション

• セールスフォースドットコム(SFDC)、BIツール、エクセルなどを用いた、セールスの状況の分析に必要なダッシュボードの整備・運営

• ビジネスマネジメントシステムのニーズ収集と開発チームへの提案

• Field Sales Operations teamの組織デザインに対する提言

求められるスキル

• 最高学歴・7年以上の経験

• Sophisticatedなデータ分析とその結果を実行可能なドキュメントに翻訳する経験

• Microsoft Excelの使用経験

• Salesforceの使用経験

有利な条件

• Masterの学歴

• SQLの使用経験

• Senior Leadershipに対するプレゼンテーション経験
