Honeywell Process Solutions Regional Sales Leader - Japan
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Leader to lead our sales efforts in Japan and drive revenue growth across our Project & Automation Solutions, Life-Cycle Support & Solutions, and Honeywell Connected Industrial lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction for Honeywell Process Solutions customers in Japan
- Build strong customer-focused sales, operational, and strategic capabilities
- Provide local market data to Global Marketing & Technology/Operations functions
- Develop and deploy an appropriate sales structure for export and domestic markets
- Assume executive sponsorship of select key accounts
- Manage the regional P&L and contribute to profit AOP; balance business margins and operating costs/productivity with growth opportunities
- Maintain close working relationships with all Honeywell PMT operating SBU units
- Contribute as a full member of the Pole Leadership team to set strategy/policy and implement standard systems and processes
- Develop the regional business plan (RBP) over STRAP
- Ensure deployment of sales verticalization and alignment across all LOBs and functions
Team Management:
- Build and assemble a high-performance and growth-oriented regional team and drive ongoing improvement in sales and operational skills and effectiveness
