The Regional Sales Manager oversees the region's sales performance, third-party partnerships, and customer satisfaction. They develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to maximize Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives through recruitment, hiring, and training on the Oracle sales process.
  • Sell and promote Oracle products to customers, negotiating prices, concessions, and terms.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
  • Build relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers to develop joint account plans.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
