Regional Director Job Description

We're looking for a Regional Director to support our Japan-based Sales team in the next phase of our growth and development.

You'll be responsible for driving long-term strategy, owning sales targets, and coaching a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.

This role requires a strong background in SaaS sales and management, with experience in driving growth and developing high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Coaching and developing a team of sales professionals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Supporting enterprise deals and developing strategic relationships
  • Traveling approximately 20% of the time

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of direct SaaS sales and customer success experience
  • 3+ years of management experience with large teams
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like Challenger and/or MEDDIC
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Slack
  • Fluent Japanese and English language skills

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of ¥10,000,000—¥12,500,000 JPY and on-target earnings of ¥20,000,000—¥25,000,000 JPY.
