【仕事内容】


《フレックス制・恵比寿駅近》売上170億円超/ IT×不動産で業界のDX化推進。不動産事務事務の経験を活かしてキャリアアップできる環境

不動産売買に関する契約事務全般をお任せします。

契約に必要な書類を作成し、お客様との契約を滞りなく完了できるよう営業のサポートを行います。お客様ひとりひとりの事情に合わせた柔軟でスピーディーな契約対応を行うために、他部署と連携を取りながら業務を進めることが求められるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・売買書類作成(売買契約書及び重要事項説明書等の契約付随書類)

・顧客への重要事項説明

・書類管理

・顧客情報のデータ入力

※みなし残業代42,300円~(25時間分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は別途支給。

※給与はスキル・ご経験・直近年収等を考慮の上、決定します。

想定年収:350万円~500万円

【勤務時間】


10:00~18:30

フレックスタイム制有、コアタイム12:00~15:30

標準労働時間 1日7.5時間、休憩60分

※時短勤務も相談可能

週休2日制

※基本的には土日休みになりますが、月に1,2回程度、土日のどちらかが出勤となります。土日勤務した場合は振替休日を取得してもらいます。

・宅地建物取引士の資格をお持ちの方

・各種法令に基づいた重要事項説明書の作成経験がある方

※いずれかの経験しかない場合は別途ご相談いただけると幸いです。

・不動産業界での就業経験3年以上

・重要事項説明の経験がある方
