本ポジションは、人事ビジネスパートナー(HRBP)チームの一員として、チームの運営を支える各種事務サポートを担うポジションです。
【業務内容】
- HR関連のデータベース、組織図の更新および管理
- HR関連資料・レポート・プレゼンテーションの作成補助(フォーマット整備含む)
- 社内からの人事関連問い合わせ対応(メール、電話など)
- HRBP関連のスケジュール調整サポート
- 契約社員更新手続きのサポート
- TOEIC試験等のアレンジ業務
- その他、事務作業。
【必須要件】
- 高校卒業以上
- Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)の基本操作ができる方
- 正確性をもって事務作業を行える方
- チームメンバーと協働しながら業務を進められる方
【歓迎要件】
- ビジネス系または人事関連の学士号をお持ちの方
- 管理部門または事務職での実務経験をお持ちの方
- HRシステム(Workday, SAPなど)の使用経験をお持ちの方
- 英語でのメール対応や資料読解に抵抗のない方
- 新しい業務やシステムを学びながら柔軟に対応できる方
