Key Responsibilities
Drive improvements in local business processes, products, and services through insightful data analysis.
Collaborate with business representatives and DDIT teams to develop and refine business requirements.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and add tangible value.
Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and validation/testing.
Implement and manage data analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow) to strengthen data processing capabilities.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in multinational, global environments.
Hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven ability to leverage digital technology and big data for business solutions.
Practical experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and agile development methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without formal authority.
Business Level of both English and Japanese proficiency
