The Role
Team lead is important role directly related to the growth of the company and requires excellent communication skills and leadership
.The recruitment team is made up of members who are on the front lines to meet the talent needs of the organization. You need to always move strategically to quickly hire the best candidates to meet your needs. We work closely with hiring departments, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver recruitment solutions that align with business goals

Key Accountabilities


Develop and execute recruitment strategies:
Collaborate with management and recruiters to develop recruitment strategies that align with the latest market information.

We lead the way in attracting candidates with diversity and inclusion in mind, as well as guidance that leads to the attraction of candidates.

We work with businesses (departments), hiring managers, and HR to support long-term organizational recruitment needs from multiple angles.

Guidance and development of the recruitment team:
Guide recruiters and be in charge of training. We provide guidance, training, and support to improve team performance and build a promising team.


Close communication with stakeholders:


Regularly report recruitment progress and target figures to internal stakeholders such as the business side, HR team, and senior management.

It manages licenses and helps with the overall cost of the platform and tools. Provide effective presentations and reports to facilitate decision-making
Data analysis and recruitment process improvement:
We analyze recruitment activities and visualize the work of the entire team to improve the efficiency of recruitment activities.

Share the latest market information and recruitment knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, market information, and recruitment best practices, share knowledge with the business and team, and incorporate innovative approaches to the recruitment process.

We understand mid- to long-term recruitment needs, talent trends, diversity trends, and sourcing strategies, and effectively connect them to recruitment branding.


Partnership management:
Build and maintain positive and strategic relationships with agents and other vendors. It will be the main point of contact for other recruitment media platforms.

Skills & Experience
More than 10 years of recruitment experience, management experience
Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, data analysis skills, direct sourcing skills
Knowledge and understanding of diversity and inclusion, and experience with the latest recruitment technologies and tools

Japanese:
Business level (N2 level or higher/literacy required)

English:
Business Level

【業務内容】

採用戦略の立案・実行
■マネジメント層・リクルーター・各部門・HRと連携し、市場動向を踏まえた採用戦略を策定・実行する。
■ダイバーシティ&インクルージョンを考慮した候補者獲得や、長期的な組織の採用ニーズを多角的にサポートする。

採用チームのマネジメント・育成
■リクルーターの指導・育成を行い、トレーニングや継続的なサポートを通じてチーム全体のパフォーマンス向上と将来性のある組織づくりを推進する。

ステークホルダーとの連携・報告
■採用進捗や目標数値をビジネス部門、HR、上級管理職へ定期的に共有。採用関連ツールやプラットフォームのライセンス・コスト管理を行い、意思決定を支援するレポートやプレゼンテーションを作成する。

データ分析・採用プロセス改善
■採用データの分析や業務の可視化を通じて、採用活動全体の効率化とプロセス改善を推進する。

市場・採用ナレッジの共有
■業界トレンド、新技術、人材市場動向、採用ベストプラクティスを把握し、チームやビジネスへ共有。
■中長期的な採用ニーズや多様性トレンドを踏まえ、採用ブランディング強化に貢献する。

パートナーシップ管理
■エージェントや外部ベンダー、採用媒体との戦略的かつ良好な関係を構築・維持し、主要な窓口として連携を行う。

  • 採用実務経験10年以上
  • マネジメント経験
  • 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、リーダーシップ能力、データ分析能力
  • ダイレクトソーシングスキル
  • 多様性と包括性に関する知識・理解
  • 最新の採用技術およびツールの使用経験
