本ポジションは東京を拠点とし、Investment Sales MD日本担当に直接レポートいたします。

We are currently seeking an VP/SVP, Hotel Investment Sales, Japan. This is a permanent, full time position based in Tokyo, reporting into MD Investment Sales, Japan.

【業務内容】

東京チームのホテル不動産取引における案件獲得、マーケティング、クロージングの支援
損益計算書からの財務データをモデルに入力し、プロフォーマ財務予測の作成
ホテル価格査定および一般的な運営引受・分析の実施
日本ホテル市場のデータ管理・収集改善における投資販売チームの支援
ホテル取引に関連する経済・人口統計データの調査、収集、編集、プレゼンテーション
クライアント向け市場アップデートおよび投資資料の作成・プレゼンテーションの支援
ネットワーキング、業界セミナー、他事業部門の既存関係の活用を通じた積極的な事業開発活動への従事
取引デューデリジェンスプロセスの促進
日本・アジア太平洋地域のアドバイザリー、アセットマネジメント、JLLキャピタルマーケッツの同僚との協働
Support Tokyo team in securing listings, marketing and closing of hotel real estate transactions
Input financial data from P&L statements into models and develop pro forma financial projections.
Conduct hotel pricing assessments and general operational underwriting and analysis
Support investment sales team in improving the data management and collection for the Japan hotel market
Conduct research, gather, compile and present economic and demographic data pertinent to hotel transactions
Assist in both the preparation and presentation of market updates and investment materials to clients
Proactively engage in business development activities through networking, industry seminars and leveraging the existing relationships of other business units
Facilitate transaction due diligence processes
Work collaboratively with peers in advisory, asset management and JLL capital markets in Japan and Asia-Pacific

【応募資格】

英語・日本語の流暢な使用(望ましい)
ホスピタリティ不動産、ファイナンス、または関連コンサルティング分野での5年以上の実務経験
ビジネスファイナンス、ホスピタリティ、不動産分野の学位、優秀な学業成績
タスク志向で、締切を守り目標達成の実績を持つ
細部への注意力があり、優秀な文書・口頭コミュニケーション能力を持ち、共通目標達成のため他者と協働できる
優れた分析・財務分析スキル、ホテル運営に関する包括的知識
高いコンピュータスキル(Word、PowerPoint、Excel等)
チームプレーヤーで、組織的かつ優れたコミュニケーション能力
自主性があり、マルチタスク能力
独立して働く能力と多様な地域チームの一員として働く適応力
Fluent in English and Japanese (preferred).
5+ years working experience in hospitality real estate, finance or relevant consulting.
Degree in Business Finance, Hospitality and/or Real Estate with strong record of academic achievement
Task oriented and possesses a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on goals.

Detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.

Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.
Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Team player, organized, and strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
Comfort in working independently and as part of a diverse regional team
