Vice President, Talent Acquisition
to join our
People Team
. This role is located in
Tokyo.
The Vice President, Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role within BNY's People Team, specifically in the Talent Acquisition job family. This position is integral to developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with BNY's strategic pillars of fostering innovation, operational excellence, and client-centricity. By embodying BNY's principles of integrity, teamwork, and excellence, the Vice President will ensure that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. This role emphasizes strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration across various business units to support BNY's mission and objectives.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies by leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and drive recruitment initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance recruitment processes and improve candidate experience. - Mentor and guide recruitment teams to ensure best practices in talent acquisition are upheld.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a workforce that reflects BNY's values and strategic vision
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience required.
- Advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Typically 5-8 years of experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
