About the TeamThis position will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Centre where you will be working on sourcing for candidates for open positions.
You will take full ownership of the candidate journey and will work closely with the recruiter to understand needs, requirements and expectations.
You will be part of an international team where you'll get to interact with people primarily in Japan and other and have exposure to colleagues based globally.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing, identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms;
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit;
Ensure a best-in-class experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence and quality of resumes provided
Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
Working closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes;
Key Attributes and Background
Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred but not necessary), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc.

Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
Ability to communicate bilingually (Japanese / English) or (Japanese / Chinese) to work with both Japan and international APAC stakeholders
