We are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join our growing Hotels & Hospitality platform with a primary focus on hotel and resort investment sales projects in Japan.
The role will be based in Tokyo and will report directly to our Vice President of Hotel Investment Sales Japan.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate, highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to the team.
As a member of JLL's Hotels & Hospitality team, you will support the team in conducting financial modelling, preparing marketing materials, supporting business development initiatives and assisting with pitch documents.
【業務内容】初期調査およびデータ収集の実施
事業開発、クライアント委託業務、社内・外部報告のための新規・既存データの新たな活用方法の特定
ホテルリサーチデータベースおよび社内CRMシステムの維持管理責任
各プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通じたInvestment Sales委託業務の管理要件支援
アジア全域におけるホテル・ホスピタリティ投資機会の引受・モデリング
クライアント提案書、投資マーケティング資料、デューデリジェンス書類を含むマーケティング資料作成の支援
Undertaking primary research and data collection
Identifying new ways to exploit new and existing data for business development, client mandates and internal/external reporting
Responsibility for maintaining hotel research databases and internal CRM systems
Supporting the administration requirements of investment sales mandates throughout the life cycle of each project
Underwriting and modelling direct hotel and hospitality investment opportunities across Asia
Assisting in the production of marketing materials including clients pitches, investment marketing materials and due diligence documents

日本語および第二言語(英語優遇)の習熟
Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)の習熟
出張への対応意欲
Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business, hospitality, finance and/or real estate;
Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses
Strong critical thinking skills;
Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail essential;
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in Japanese and a second language (English preferred);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
Must be willing to travel in the region.
