strategic partnership in Japan
with a senior hotel investment professional to strengthen our sourcing and advisory capability in the Japanese market.

asset sourcing and advisory
, aligning Japanese hotel owners with
existing international buyer demand
, while building a long-term presence for our hotel brokerage and advisory platform in Japan.
Partnership Scope
- Source and originate hotel investment opportunities across Japan, with a focus on off-market and proprietary assets.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel owners, operators, developers, and lenders.
- Advise owners on positioning, value enhancement, and transaction strategy.
- Work directly with international buyers actively seeking Japanese hotel investments.
- Collaborate with global teams on deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Represent the brand locally while facilitating inbound cross-border capital into Japan.
Ideal Partner Profile
- Demonstrated success in hotel investment sales, hotel advisory, or hospitality-focused asset sourcing.
- Established relationships with hotel owners, operators, and investors in Japan.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, valuation, and transaction dynamics.
- Ability to originate off-market opportunities and manage complex advisory-led transactions.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and aligned with a long-term partnership approach.
