職務の目的および主な業務内容
HRオペレーションチームの一員として、下記のうなサポート業務をお任せします。

  • 社員情報の管理(氏名・住所・扶養変更などの申請確認・処理)
  • 給与関連業務(データの作成、アップロード・ダウンロード、チェック、配信、承認取得など)
  • 社員内外問い合わせ対応(電話、FAX、メール、社内システム)
  • 郵便物や書類の取り扱い、社外からの問い合わせ対応

必須条件

  • Excel上級レベル(関数を日常的に使用できる方)
  • Word・PowerPointの基本スキル
  • 計画性をもって正確に業務を進められる方
  • 不明点があれば適切に相談できる方
  • 人事関連の実務経験(3年以上)(500名規模以上の会社でのご経験)
  • 学士または同等の学位
     

歓迎条件(あると尚良し)

  • 外資系企業での人事・給与・福利厚生業務の経験
  • Workday / ServiceNowの使用経験
  • PowerBIの使用経験
  • Excelマクロ/VBAによる業務自動化の実務経験
  • 労働関連法規の知識
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(英語でのメールやチャットのやり取りができる)

就業時間:9:00~17:45(休憩1時間)

休日:完全週休2日制(土、日)、祝日、年末年始、5月1日、四季休暇(5日),出産休暇、通院休暇、子の看護休暇、学校行事休暇、介護休暇、公傷休暇ほか

雇用形態:契約社員(更新あり)

理論年収:初年度 万円 (基本給 + 賞与) + 時間外手当別支給
