マッサージルーム スタッフ(障がい者採用)
企業内マッサージルームの開設に伴い、ヘルスキーパーや運営管理を担当するオープニング・スタッフを数名募集します。以下①②いずれかの業務をご担当いただきます。
<職務内容>
①ヘルスキーパー
1 カウンセリングと施術含め1ターム20~40分程度を予定
・ 1日5~10人までを想定
・ 施術部位に制限あり
2 カルテ管理・作成
3 健康促進に関する社内情報発信
4 その他ad-hoc業務
②運営・管理業務
1 マッサージルームの運営・管理(予約管理含む)
2 備品発注・管理
3 社内コミュニケーションのサポート(社内周知業務等)
4 メンバーサポート業務(シフト管理、コーチング、マッサージ施術のサポート・代理対応など)
5 その他ad-hoc業務
◆社内で使用可能なツール:JAWS、Outlookの読み上げ機能、Wordディクテーション機能、Windowsアクセシビリティの拡大鏡 (その他要相談)

応募資格
1 あん摩マッサージ指圧師資格(国家資格)があること
2 オフィスまでの毎日の通勤と出社勤務が可能であること
3 基本的なPC操作(メール送受信、Excelでの簡単な表計算・データ入力、Wordでの文書作成など)が可能なこと
4 2026年春頃の入社が可能なこと
あれば望ましい資格・経験
1 ヘルスキーパー、あん摩マッサージの経験
2 英語力(必須ではありません)

契約社員(6か月契約) ※試用期間1か月 ※勤務姿勢・態度・実績、業務パフォーマンスに応じて契約更新の可能性あり
給与
経験・スキルを考慮の上、決定いたします
※別途残業代全額支給
※試用期間中も給与に変更はございません
※交通費全額支給(公共交通機関利用分のみ)
勤務時間
週37時間勤務(8:00 – 19:00内で要相談)
※土日祝休み
※時短勤務を希望する場合は応募の上ご相談ください。

完全週休2日制(年間休日120日)
