■ Role Overview

We are hiring across multiple functions, primarily focusing on cross-border investment advisory and sales for overseas institutional investors and family offices seeking opportunities in Japanese real estate.

Additional openings are available in investment analysis, sales support, asset management, and back-office roles (accounting, HR, etc.).
Deal-introduction driven model (no cold calling or door-to-door sales)
High incentive potential tied to deal size (several million yen per transaction possible)

Founded 9 years ago, Post Lintel Group has approximately 60 team members, with around 30% international professionals.
Our team includes talent from investment banks, real estate funds, developers, and asset management firms.

Requirements vary by position

Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience
Business-level English (TOEIC 800 equivalent) or Chinese
Preferred / Plus
Experience in real estate transactions, investment advisory, finance sales, or asset management
Understanding of Japanese real estate transaction practices and contract processes
Cross-border investment experience and/or working with overseas investors
