Key Responsibilities
- Handle all stages of TMK/GK-TK structured securitized projects, including acquisition, mid-term operations, and disposition
- Manage investor relations, primarily in English
- Potentially lead and manage team members in the future
- Fund structuring, acquisitions, mid-term operations, and disposition planning for various asset types (residential, hotel, short-term rentals, data centers, resorts, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Real Estate Transaction Specialist license (宅地建物取引士)
- Have 3+ years of experience in real estate asset management
- Proficient in business English (TOEIC 735 or above recommended)
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants with any of the following are highly desired:
- Certified Securitization Master (REISA)
- Real Estate Consulting Specialist
- Building Management Specialist
- Experience in real estate investment sales or brokerage
- Knowledge of accounting or finance
- Prior management or leadership experience
