Finance Manager, Real Estate ファイナンスマネージャー 不動産
Our client, a leader in real estate investments and management, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and financial operations in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex financial structures and collaborate with international teams, enhancing your expertise in JGAAP and IFRS. .
弊社のクライアントである不動産投資および管理のリーダー企業が、日本国内における会計、報告、財務業務を担当するファイナンスマネージャーを募集しています。このポジションでは、複雑な財務構造を管理し、国際チームと連携する機会があり、日本基準(JGAAP)および国際会計基準(IFRS)の専門知識をさらに深めることができます。
主な業務内容
- 特定目的会社(TKGKおよびTMK)の会計および報告を管理
- 外部委託業者との連携による財務準備の調整
- SAP/BPCへの財務データの入力とIFRS準拠の確認
- 経営および財務報告書の作成と月次決算要件への対応
- 各事業部門との連携による予算および予測の策定
- 法定提出用の年次財務諸表の作成、監査法人および税務コンサルタントとの連携によるコンプライアンス対応
- 買収および売却プロジェクトの支援
応募資格
- 公認会計士(CA)資格または会計学位、ACCA資格
- 7〜10年の会計または監査経験、3年以上のマネージャー経験
- 不動産特定目的会社(SPC)の会計または税務経験
- GAAPおよびIFRSの知識、SAPおよびビジネスプランニングと統合(BPC)の経験
