金融機関・不動産ファンド・ホテル業界等 のリスク(不動産の毀損リスク、さまざまな賠償リスクなど)に対して必要となる保険の提案・手配を行うチームです。主な顧客は、J-REIT、不動産ファンド、PEファンド、アセットマネジメント会社、金融機関などの法人クライアントです。
We Will Count On You To
- 営業担当者として現行顧客企業の保険契約の更新・契約維持対応
- 新規顧客企業への営業開拓及び既存顧客企業への保険契約の拡販
- リスクデュ-・デリジェンス(リスクDD)のサ-ビス提供
What You Need To Have
- 損害保険業界経験者または業界を問わず法人営業(無形商品)経験がある方(例:金融、商社、コンサルなど経験者)
- 英語(TOEIC 800程度を希望するが、必須ではない。英語以外の能力が優れていればそちらを優先)
