- 企業の福利厚生制度としての従業員向け団体保険プログラムや、その他の団体向け保険制度の構築・運営、コンサルティングサービスをご提供しています。
- また、アフィニティ・マーケティングという手法により、同様のリスクを抱える企業や個人で集団を構成し、保険会社と交渉し、保険共同購入プログラムを構築することで、集団としてのスケールメリットを享受していただくことを目指しています。
We will count on you to (主な業務内容):
- JAMIにおける営業担当者として、企業に対する団体保険提案や制度設計、ならびに顧客企業の従業員様向けの保険募集企画実行や説明会講師を担当いただきます。
What You Need To Have (求める経験・スキル):
- 生保営業経験(個人・法人問わず)
- 顧客のニーズを汲み取り、相手に分かり易いように伝えることができるコミュニケーション力と、高いプレゼンテーション力および実務経験
- 高いチームワークを発揮し、自ら考えて能動的に行動できる方
- 基本的なPCスキル: ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントなど

- 英語に抵抗が無い方(業務では使用しませんが、社内メールや社内システなど、情報の記載が英語の場合があります)
