We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity Unit of Marsh Japan. This role will be based in Tokyo. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

- 損害保険会社での法人営業経験があり、プレイングマネジャーとして、顧客となるプライベートエクイティファンドとの関係構築や、チーム運営をいただける方を求めています。
We will count on you to(主な業務内容):
- PEファンドなどとの関係を新たに構築・深耕し、D&O・E&O保険やディールクロージング後の企業保険契約の販売を拡大する。
- PEファンドをクライアントとした保険契約を取り扱うチームを率いて、部下の管理・育成を行う。
- 一部の大口クライアントの保険プログラムを自らが担当し、顧客との良好な関係を継続して構築する。

- 損害保険会社の法人営業職を経験(企業系営業部であれば尚可)
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- PCスキル:Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPointのスキル
