We are seeking a talented invidivual to join our Private Equity Unit of Marsh Japan. The role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

マーシュのグローバルプラクティスであるPEMA(Private Equity and M&A services)は、クライアントのM&A取引を成功に導く保険ソリューションやアドバイスを提供しています。この度東京オフィスのPrivate Equity Unit にてクライアントエグゼクティブ / 法人営業職を募集しています。

部署概要:

  • PEMAは表明保証保険などのM&A関連の保険契約手配、新規顧客開拓、および保険関連サービスを主業務とする部署です
  • 主なクライアントは投資銀行、弁護士事務所、PEファンド、大手事業法人など
  • 損害保険会社での法人営業のご経験のある、ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方を求めています。

We will count on you to:

  • PEファンドなどとの関係を新たに構築・深耕し、D&O・E&O保険やクロージング後の保険契約の販売を拡大する。
  • 太陽光発電所などのリニューアブルエナジー関連の保険契約の更改対応・新規開拓を行う
  • 不動産関連やレジャー施設などの大口クラシアントの保険プログラムを担当し、顧客との良好な関係を継続して構築する
  • 保険デューデリジェンスレポートなど(和文・英文)を作成し、社内の関係者やMMCグループ企業、保険会社との交渉を行う。

What you need to have:

  • 損害保険会社での法人営業経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • Microsoft Office(Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPoint)スキル
