Position Overview / ポジション概要
We are seeking an Investment Associate (Analyst to Senior Associate level) who will be involved in the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and underwriting to asset management and fundraising.
インベストメント・アソシエイト(アナリスト〜シニアアソシエイトレベル)として、ソーシング、アンダーライティング、アセットマネジメント、資金調達に至るまで、投資ライフサイクル全体に広く携わっていただきます。
Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Support sourcing activities in collaboration with senior team members
シニアチームメンバーと連携した投資案件のソーシング支援
Conduct underwriting using cash flow models, including review of third‑party models
キャッシュフローモデル(第三者モデルのレビューを含む)を用いたアンダーライティング業務
Perform detailed due diligence on potential investments
投資対象資産に関する詳細なデューデリジェンスの実施
Negotiate PSA, financing agreements, and other transaction documents
PSA、ファイナンス契約、その他取引関連書類の交渉および関連業務
Prepare Investment Committee (IC) memos and internal reports
投資委員会(IC)向けメモおよび社内報告資料の作成
Monitor asset management activities in depth
アセットマネジメント業務における詳細なモニタリング
Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations
資金調達活動および投資家対応の補助
Handle other investment and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications / 応募資格
Must-Haves / 必須条件
3–8 years of relevant work experience in industries such as real estate, investment banking, or financial advisory
不動産、投資銀行、ファイナンシャルアドバイザリーなど関連業界での実務経験(3〜8年)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
財務モデリングおよび分析スキル
Business-level English reading and writing abilities
英語の読解および文章作成能力(ビジネスレベル)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
細部に注意を払う姿勢と優れた業務遂行能力
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
高いコミュニケーション力および交渉力
Prior experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or advisory
投資銀行、プライベートエクイティ、不動産アドバイザリー等での実務経験
Familiarity with PSA documentation and financing structures
PSAドキュメンテーションおよびファイナンスストラクチャーに関する知識
Business-level Japanese proficiency
